Six services, one simple pattern. Every engagement starts with listening, ends with deliverables you own, and is priced to fit a real small business — not a Fortune 500 procurement department.

The Business Inspection

Two weeks. One workflow. Decision-grade insight you can act on.

The Business Inspection is a fixed-fee, two-week engagement that maps how one priority workflow really runs today — across people, tools, and hand-offs. You get a clear picture of the waste, risks, and opportunities, plus an honest answer about whether automation or AI should even be on the table.

What you walk away with

  • Current-state workflow maps — visual diagrams of the real process, including the handoffs nobody documented.
  • Pain & Opportunity Report — ranked issues with rough time, error, and risk impact.
  • Pilot Recommendation Sheet — 1–3 specific pilot ideas with impact / effort estimates.
  • Executive Summary Brief — a 1–2 page narrative you can share with leadership.

Yours to keep. Walk away after the Inspection with no further commitment, or roll straight into the Repair (and we'll credit the full $5,000).

  • Stakeholders disagree on where to start.
  • You want a grounded view before buying any platform.

Workflow Repair

Six to eight weeks to prove a better way of working.

Once the Inspection confirms there's a worthwhile opportunity, the Workflow Repair designs, builds, and tests a new workflow with transparent automation and human-in-the-loop AI where it actually helps. We focus on one concrete process, deliver measurable improvements, and leave you with patterns your team can reuse.

Aspire & ShapeCo-design the "ideal day" with the people who do the work. Pick 1–3 changes. Set success criteria and guardrails.
WK 3–4
Steer & BuildAlign sponsors, IT, compliance. Configure integrations between tools. Introduce AI in bounded roles — not opaque decisions.
WK 5–8
Observe & eXpandTrack before/after metrics. Gather feedback. Decide whether to adopt, adapt, or abandon. Plan the rollout.

Deliverables

  • Pilot design and workflow specification.
  • Working pilot workflow in your real tools.
  • Updated SOPs, quick guides, and basic training materials.
  • Before/after metrics + concise Pilot Results Report.
  • Expansion plan for rolling out or reapplying the pattern.

The AI Tune-Up

A fast, honest read on where AI actually helps — and where it's just hype.

Not sure if AI can actually help your business? We run a one-week tune-up: a focused look at your tools, your workflows, and the AI options that fit your situation. You get a short list of what's worth trying, what's worth skipping, and what to do this month vs. next quarter.

What's in the tune-up

  • Stack & tool review — what you have, what you're paying for, what's underused.
  • 3 highest-leverage AI applications for your business, ranked.
  • 30/60/90-day adoption plan you can run yourself.
  • Honest "skip this" list — the things AI won't fix.

Back-Office Remodel

Quoting, invoicing, follow-up — redesigned to run without you.

The work that eats your evenings: quotes, invoices, status updates, job notes. We redesign the whole back-office system end-to-end so it runs without you being the bottleneck. This is a bigger lift than a single Repair, but it's the most common reason owners hire us a second time.

What gets remodeled

  • Quote-to-invoice flow with automated follow-up sequences.
  • Customer communication templates (with your voice, not robot-speak).
  • Job documentation that the field team will actually use.
  • Owner dashboard — open jobs, outstanding invoices, this week's revenue, at a glance.

Business Blueprint

Build the plan, the process, and the structure — before you spend on tools.

Starting a business or adding a new service line? Most of the money you spend in year one will go to fixing decisions you made in the first 90 days. The Blueprint gets those decisions right: the operating model, the customer journey, the tool stack, and the pricing — written down before anything goes live.

Inside the Blueprint

  • Operating model: who does what, when, with which tools.
  • Customer journey: from first inquiry to repeat purchase.
  • Tool stack with budget — chosen for your size, not enterprise.
  • 30/60/90-day launch plan with clear owners.

Service Accessories

Small fixes that make a big difference — without a full engagement.

Available accessories

  • One-Hour Consult (from $250) — bring one specific problem. Walk away with three concrete next steps.
  • Tool Recommendation (from $150) — written report with the right tool for your size and stack, including a "skip this" warning list.
  • Workflow Template (from $95) — pre-built templates for quoting, scheduling, follow-up, dispatch.
  • Team Training Session (from $600) — 90-minute workshop for up to 10 people on a workflow you've already built.

Under the hood

The four bands of every Lean { AI engagement.

Every service above runs the same proven four-band pattern. You don't have to memorize it — but knowing it's there is part of why our work holds up.

Most AI projects bolt technology onto broken workflows. We do the opposite: see one real process, fix it with the people who run it, then add transparent automation where it actually helps.
